Types of TOEIC® Test
1. Regular TOEIC® Test
IIG Vietnam administers the Regular TOEIC® Test for individuals on every Wednesday and Saturday morning at TOEIC Vietnam offices in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City.
How to Apply?
Individual examinees who plan to take the TOEIC test must carry out the registration at TOEIC Vietnam offices at least one day before the test date. They may also bring with them 3 pictures (3x4 cm), original ID/Passport and a copy of ID/Passport or secondary Identification Documents (if required) to IIG Vietnam offices on the day of registration. Test registration is not accepted over the telephone, by fax or through e-mail. Test fee is 30 USD.
Any test date change or cancellation must be performed directly at the IIG Vietnam office (no later than 03:00 p.m) at least one (01) day before the test date. Test date cancellation fee (prior test date) is half of test fee. There will be no refund in case of no show and test cancellation on the test date.
It is not allowed to take more than one (01) TOEIC test within five (05) working days.
TOEIC® Test Result Formats
Individual test-taker will receive the Score Report in 05 working days after the testing day. Score Reports for each examinee are sealed in individual envelopes. On picking up the score, examinees must present:
- their original TOEIC test registration form
- their original national identification card (or passport,…)
The test taker may delegate another person to pick up his TOEIC result. The delegate must bring his Passport, the test taker’s registration form, and a letter from the test taker authorizing him to collect the result.
The TOEIC Test will be valid in two (02) years. If test taker wish to order more TOEIC Score Report for job application or studying abroad, please submit Passport, a photo of the last TOEIC Score Report, ID picture sized 3x4cm (corresponding with the ID picture of the original Score Report) for one more TOEIC Score Report, and make order directly at the TOEIC office. For job application, test taker has to release information about Score Report destination (including full name of personnel manager, and company address).
Individual test-taker may choose to be supplied with a Certificate of Achievement in 10 working days after the request. Test taker can order only one Certificate for once taking TOEIC test. Certificate is available with a cost of 15 USD.
2. Onsite TOEIC® Test
IIG Vietnam conducts Onsite TOEIC® Test for organizations, corporate clients in Vietnam and there is no limit to the number of test-takers. The Onsite TOEIC® Test can be arranged at the client’s request and at any time or day of the week, specially arranged in sites such as hotel function rooms or training centers. The Onsite TOEIC® Test can be offered on Sundays or holidays and after regular office hours without additional charge.
How to Apply?
- Provide us all test-takers’ fully required information as the Registration Form enclosed at least 01 week before the testing day.
- Test-takers should obtain TOEIC Examinee Handbook at IIG Vietnam office at least three days before the test date. All examinees must read the TOEIC Examinee Handbook prior to taking the test.
TOEIC® Test Result Formats
The test results that consist of a report listing the name of all examinees and individual score reports for each examinee will be ready in 07 working days after the testing day.
The test results will be sent directly to the test coordinator designated by the organization (e.g. the Human Resources Manager). TOEIC Vietnam does not release individual scores to individual examinees from organizations unless so directed by the contracting organization.
